Spore server issue

I am having an issue connection Spore to my EA account, and I understand that I have to send you a copy of the receipt. My issue is that I cannot seem to find where to contact support. The Support page seems less helpful. 

  • Hey @steelywoppers  To create a new case and initiate a chat, please follow these steps: 

      

    1. Visit our website  the EA Help homepage and type 'SPORE'
    2. Select See all help topics 
    3. Select the Manage my account category.  
    4. Select I need help logging in to my EA Account 
    5. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear 
    6. Initiate a chat with one of our support representatives.

    @EA_Pulsar Will I be able to play online if I log in? And will I be able to log into my account if I buy a monthly subscription to EA GAME
