Community ManagerHey sborja5 that it works offline without issue would point to an issue with the online aspect of the Switch.

All games work fine.
SMB4 Is the only one with issues.
I have the same issue in online play. No other games have issues but SMB4 crashes in the first or second inning whenever I play.
