The game PVZ GW1 is not launching

 It always goes back to the EA APP page every time I try to run it. I’ve already reinstalled both the game and the EA APP, but it didn’t help. I also tried repairing the game in 'Manage', but nothing worked. I’ve also talked to support, but they didn’t solve the problem. Other games are launching normally, so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue with PVZ GW1."
