Ticket closed off without addressing issue

This is unbelievable. I knew you were a sh*tty company but **bleep**, this takes the cake. You have no way to get issues solved for older games on your awful site, you close off tickets without addressing anything, you don't answer stuff in the forums... You don't deserve any money.

Now, practice 204202896, why was that closed off without any answer? I demand someone from staff reply and explain before I demand a refund because I can't use what I paid for. If you don't help, I will never again be your costumer and make sure every person I know is aware of your terrible practices so you lose even more customers like that.

    The best you can do is to start a new chat with a different support agent. What issue are you experiencing with the game?

    It's decided to just stop booting all of a sudden. I could play with it for a couple of days no issue and... then nothing. I open up the EA app, it brings up the setting exe from which you can boot up the game, nothing happens. Even if I try to boot it up without EA, it always opens the app and then the game just doesn't get started anymore for whatever reason. Out of the blue like that.

    Try reinstalling your game and updating your CPU and GPU drivers. Also, check if any background apps are running when launching the game—if so, close them. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to a different support agent for further assistance.
