how long does it take for the TOS team to contact you? been waiting for 3 days now and they keep sending me customer experience surveys instead

I forgot to reply. I did eventually get an email however it didn't give any additional information as to why I was banned and my attempts to appeal have been unsuccessful though I do see it says you broke our rules against Systems abuse in the penalty history however that still doesn't help, I'm wondering if the system thought I was a bot due to all the people who were signing up to play the bf6 beta I don't know.
