Stuck Progression Bug + Paid Microtransactions

Hi, I’m experiencing a progression bug in Skate that is preventing me from moving forward in the game. No matter what I try (reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.), I’m stuck and can’t continue.

What makes this worse is that I have already purchased microtransactions on my account (items/gear), and now I can’t use or enjoy what I paid for because of this bug.

is there any official fix coming for this issue? And what can be done about the money I spent if I can’t progress? I don’t want to lose my purchases due to a problem that’s not on my side.
