we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Seeing numerous players report being stuck on the tutorial island and unable to progress the game after it crashed during transfer to San Van.
Im stuck in the last tutorial (the moving flip tricks) and it won't let me place a session marker. I've deleted and reinstalled the game and still same problem. You need to have a way to bail from the tutorial so I can just go skate!
After completing tutorial I was given a prompt to "take boat to mainland" my game crashed during that loading screen. I can now not leave the island after loading back in :(
whenever i do the mission it resets my objective list no matter what, the one time it let me complete it nothing happened and i had to restart.
wont let me place one too, im stuck!
I’m currently stuck on the own the spot hedge bustler, I’ve completed the challenge 8-10 times however I continue to get the mission telling me to complete it

Completed all the challenges on the first Tour. Says i have to listen to Izzy. When she is done talking nothing happens. Any1 else have that problem?
