UFC 4 Xbox Series X - Player Hub unavailable,

UFC 4 on Xbox Series X. For 2 days my Player Hub has not been loading. My profile card appears blank, I cannot see my level, I do not earn XP or coins, and progression is completely frozen. Online fights still work normally. The issue affects all three profiles on my console. I already restarted the console, restarted the network, and changed my profile picture. Please investigate my account and progression serviços. Please, help
