Infinite loading screen after falling outside the game boundaries PS5.

Before we go further I need to say that I did everything support team tell me. Every step. Even Tried to reinstall the game. But it seems like the game saves the character's state and it can't load it because the character is dead stuck out of bounds. I tried to login with PC but no use.
