Missing Russian Localization (Voiceover and Text) in Titanfall 2

Dear EA Support,

I am writing to report an issue with the Russian language localization (both voiceover and text) in Titanfall 2 on PC, played through the EA App.

I have already attempted to resolve the problem myself using the following methods:

1. Changing the language settings within the EA App itself.
2. Manually creating and editing the startup.cfg file in the game's installation directory (...\Titanfall2\platform\cfg\) with the following content:

language "russian"
language_audio "russian"

3. Using the command line arguments -language russian -language_audio russian in the EA App's launch options.
4. Verifying the integrity of the game files using the "Repair" function in the EA App.

Unfortunately, none of these methods were successful. The startup.cfg file seems to be either ignored or deleted by the app.

Could you please confirm if Russian localization is available for my account and specific version of the game? If it is, please provide me with the correct official method to activate it. If it is a paid DLC, please let me know where I can purchase it.

If the Russian language pack is not available for my region or account, please let me know that as well.
