Account is limited and I cannot access to the online servers

Hello, when i try to connect in the server it says that "my account is limited and i cannot access in the server" what can i do to resolve the problem? 

  • After v1.06's release on March 10th, an additional hotfix is now public on Origin and EA App that aims to resolve the following issues:

    • User Receiving License Check Failed When Booting On Origin While Using EA Play Pro
    • Account Restricted (Unable To Access Online)
    • License Check Error On Boot Before Game Closes Down When Using ZoneAlarm Firewall

    If you are still having issues with ZoneAlarm firewall, please add the GRID Legends executable file to the 'Allow' list. Details on how to do this can be found here in the "Configuring Permissions for Individual Programs" section: Configuring Advanced Application Control Settings – ZoneAlarm Support Center

  • @CM_TGKI did not join a multiplayer game, but can confirm as of this hotfix (I'm assuming patch 1.05, tested about 7:30pm PST, so whichever hotfix was live at that time) I was able to see my friend's list and no error upon pressing spacebar to open party list. Appreciate the hard work!

    Are you using ZoneAlarm security software on your PC? If so, you may need to configure an exception for GRID Legends. Check out the ZoneAlarm Support website for more info on how to set that up. 

  • @EA_Kent Have you found a fix for this issue yet? I am getting the error code at the moment.
    Platform (PS5, PS4, XB1, PC): PC

    EA Play Pro / EA Play Trial: EA Play eith Game Pass
    Trial time used or Trial Time left: Bought Deluxe Edition of Game.
    Location (Region/Country): Australia
    Where the prompt occurs: When trying to access online features.

    Just to confirm, have you tried setting an exception for GRID Legends in your security software to see if that helps? 

  • 8-31 I really like this game but can't play most of it because there is apparently a problem with my account? WTF
