Burnout Paradise City Remastered: Game Crashes

I just purchased Burnout Paradise City Remastered through pc game pass and i cant for the life of me manage to get the game to not crash, I've been trying for 5 hours to get it working. i absolutely ...

the game constantly crashes on start on pc version via ea app and steam, ea obviously do not care about this as everyone has to use mods to get it working. it worked fine last year but has since been updated and never worked since. either they fix it post haste or i demand a refund and never buy ea games again.
