DiRT Rally 2.0 Year One Pass not working - Xbox

I am experiencing an issue with DiRT Rally 2.0 on Xbox. Although I purchased the Year One Pass via the Xbox Store, the DLC content only appears in Free Play and is missing from Career/My Team mode.

This is a known entitlement issue with RaceNet, not a console problem. I have requesting a manual entitlement refresh on RaceNet for my account to resolve the issue but EA Help just fobbed me off., not resolved the issue, despite an advisor saying it was a broken RaceNet link.
