Error visiting my Green Valley-The game always closes
Hello, I want to report a serious error in my SimCity BuildIt account.
For about 1 month, every time I try to visit my Green Valley, the game loads for a moment and then closes automatically.
Important details:
• I already tried on another device and the error continues.
• If a friend visits my Green Valley, the game is also closed.
• Therefore, the problem is not in my phone or in the app, but in my account or in the data of my region.
• This prevents me from playing or advancing in Valle Verde.
