I am having the same issue. Updated to the latest version 13.0. I opened my game 2 days ago and got a pop up window stating RR3 needed to install and additional 54MB. Now it is stuck at 8MB downloaded and stays there. I’ve tried closing the game many times and it’s the same result. After a period of time, I get a pop up window saying “Cannot download additional game files” Any help would be graciously appreciated. Thanks.
@Mikejamm I had the same issue down to the 54mb download. I had to keep force closing the app and reopen and it would only download 3mb each time. Eventually it completed. The real fix however for me was having EA Help restore an older cloud save.
