I have claimed Grid Legends from Amazon gaming today. Linking Amazon gaming and Origin/EA account was successful but the game still is not showing in my game library.
I contacted Amazon gaming and we ran some troubleshooting that did not solve the issue.
I have opened a case on EA help, I am still waiting for the reply.
If you guys have any ideas that would be helpful.
HELP: Grid Legends Not showing in Library
have claimed the free Grid legends, Need for Speed heat and Mass Effect from Amazon gaming. None showing in my library chatted with EA that sent me to Amazon then they sent me back to EA who sent me back to amazon that told me after its claimed EA is the one that delivers it to your account. This is a very easy thing to fix just send redemption codes to the people that claimed the games we do it manually and it should fix this problem. This is all digital dont understand why its taking so long to fix.
Finally After more than a month of chatting with EA Help they finally held up there deal and have manually added the three games to my account. What i have learned here is that EA is a hit and miss with who can help you and who cant or doesn't want to as everyone i chatted with had the same information. EA needs to work on there costumer service it is very bad right now as it takes over a month for me to get the games i should have had like a month ago.
Im also stuck with this issue now. Lets see how long it will take them to resolve the issue
GRID still wont show in my library and I can't play online. So far the problem keeps happening
