Music Desync

I started listening to the in-game race music recently. "The Accident - Mark Willot" becomes desynced after a minute or so into every race. When you're moving fast, the game adds another layer or track to the music, but it's offset by a random amount of time between 0 and 2 seconds, or something like that. Every time, it gets desynced slightly differently. Seems to only happen on this song.
