NFS No limits sound issue

During gameplay, I will hear a change in my sound that gets all crackly with a hum.....My only fix is to start a recording. It clears up in seconds yet returns just as bad later.....I've tried resetting my game, clearing my catch, updating my phone which is an Android Galaxy A365G and nothing works.....
