Online multiplayer not working on Real Racing 3

Great to know you are working on it. 

My whole team can not drive in the Multiplayer event. Both this week and last week. 

Our team is called "RIWF" / SpeedFalcons.

I am on Samsung Galaxy A54 5G, Android version 13.

It happens in all races. There is a huge wait in the start... and nothing ever happens. Sometimes I can see the upcoming opponents sometimes not. 

Mine stays on the screen saying 'waiting for players' with only my account in green and the others in orange

Issue is since last update 12.0.1

I've not been able to play since last week all I see is waiting for players so after 10-15 minutes I have to close the game

Sometimes get disconnected waiting for others to join, then on re-trying get no matches.

Sometimes start the race and, on completion, car continues circulating. No option to quit. Have to force close.

Last week's OMP awarded 3 gold. Normally exceed 800 points and 8-9 gold.

Issue started with newest update. It happens everytime i access omp. It shows  i am the only player connected and the other 7 are not. Then race about to start and error message "you have been disconnected" appears.

As described by others sit waiting for other players on the grid, I am only one with  a green tick. 

Interesting that in race 10 minutes ago i saw result was 3x dnf but 4 players got timed races,  while i sat on the grid bored. 

Anyway  hardware is

Oh and should add it happens every single attempt, I've tried 2 x per day every day since last RT3 release so about 20 times

The race never begin.

At first entry, after having been selected with other players for a race, I find myself on the track with the other cars visible, but no timer is shown, and I'm marked as the only one connected (green). Other players are still in orange.
It can stay like that as long as I'm willing to wait. No attempt at turning, braking or accelerating will move the car.
After exiting, I find myself withdrawn from the race. Some other players are marked withdrawn too, some seem to have been able to race, and are classified with a time.
If I choose to race again immediately, without exiting the OMP, I then find no more match, whatever the time of wait.
If I quit, leave the OMP space and come back later, the same process as previously described will occur.
I tried a few time, no sign of change since the beginning of the new update.
The situation is the same wether I play connected to Wifi or not.
The only thing I didn't test is to change my view and assists settings (I'm a front bonnet view player, all assists off).
I've never had any problem like this before.

I'm on android 11 on my OnePlus 7 Pro.

I'm dealing with the same online multiplayer issues. Most of the time it gets stuck on the "players currently matchmaking" screen. The few time I get let into a match, it shows me as ready and all the other players as waiting until eventually disconnecting me and penalizing me. I wasn't able to play last week's online multiplayer event because of this.
