PS5 Dirt 5 crashes right after start screen

They did answer us yesterday, but didn't really let us know what actually happened and when we can expect this problem to be fixed. This is shocking to say the least. 8 days now 😢

I tried asking for help through chat, didn't know this was a main problem till i checked here. Worked fine on my physical copy but I sold that when I saw the digital one on sale. Got that dloaded and now this. 

When I asked for more help than the standard link to basic non-game specific troubleshooting, I got this reply.... apparently I'm entitled for expecting the 4th copy of this game I own to work...

      Well if the "entitled" comment I got from them is anything to go by I don't think they are in a huge rush to fix it.
