If you have already tried reaching out to the email provider directly, but there's no way to recover access to the email address on records for your EA Account, the only other option is to check in with the Customer Support team. The EA staff on EA Forums can't make changes to your account email or links.
Please use the Contact us button at the very bottom of this guide on how to get back into your EA account.
I'd recommend doing so while not logged in at all on the EA Help website, using the Continue as a guest option, or in an incognito window in your browser.
