Unable to download DLCs in Ultimate Edition

I recently bought new, sealed copy of Grid Ultimate Edition and redeemed code and there is no way to download DLCs other than VIP status and Aston Martin. I know game was delisted from the store but ...

EA_Groguet​  please provide some update? We have been waiting for 2 years. As mentioned in the chain already this works fine on Xbox so something is wrong on the PlayStation side of things .
