Unable to download DLCs in Ultimate Edition

@xHubi Where can we contact to get a true solution?
Here is a summary of my contact attempts:
- EA Chat - wait for someone to contact you,
- Playstation - they reply once a week so they haven't done anything yet,
- Codemasters - only form of contact is Twitter so I have no respond
- Plaion Poland - they can't help,
- Plaion Support- they were nice and they won't close my ticket until someone from EA or Codemasters give them respond about this problem
- @xHubi Did you get any traction anywhere, so far?
