Unable to download DLCs in Ultimate Edition
I recently bought new, sealed copy of Grid Ultimate Edition and redeemed code and there is no way to download DLCs other than VIP status and Aston Martin. I know game was delisted from the store but ...

i I came across it by accident by on the game icon clicking down there was a section similar games I believe and it came up but looks like the link takes you there but unable to purchase, I remember a few weeks prior you could buy all 3 season passes or just season 2 but all would expire within a few weeks and couldn’t see why …. Then when it all disappeared it explained it. I’ve seen someone comment from EA below so hopefully we all get a fix for this soon I’m desperate to expand the game

I assume you are talking about Grid (2019) right?
If that is the case, take into account that our Service Updates delisted Grid on the 1st of December 2023. That's why some content is unavailable.

Yeah, but I paid extra for Ultimate Edition and the code for all DLCs should give us all Seasons until 2029 before it expires, so it's up to you to fix it.

Well, delisting a game shouldn't mean that people are robbed of content they paid for. We all bought the game new and only got a fraction of the content promised. I get that Seasons 1-3 are unavailable for purchase, but they should still be unlocked when someone redeems a valid code to activate them.

Yes, but we bought the Ultimate Edition that comes with a code that says it expires in 2029.
So we should be able to still unlock the DLCs for seasons 1, 2, 3 and the extra cars.
Instead we only unlocked VIP & Aston Martin car with the code and the rest shows unavailable.
EA should put obviously the game & DLC unavailable to purchase for general people after delisting. However, they MUST show available to the people who have this ULTIMATE EDITION code and those who previously purchased it.
