Could you escalate it with the EA Licensing/digital team so that they can report it to Sony PS Store team?
It should be an easy fix for them, but we need to report it:
The Ultimate Edition codes are redeemed, but the DLCs are not added to the account because they had to be manually added.
They are automatic on Xbox but not on PSN. Game: GRID (2019).

Once again another almost full month has gone by and NOTHING from EA? Why are the codes still redeemable if they give you nothing now…

@EA_Groguet please please look into this or have the team do so, grid 2019 codes are still working and redeemable but we can’t claim any of the true dlc from them… it’s working on Xbox just not PlayStation

It's like EA wants us to buy jailbroken PS4s to play their abandonware in full...
