Can’t download EA Masters Golf on PS5 due to PGA Tour 2k13 but I don’t have it?

Hi, maybe a licence issue but PGA Tour Masters from EA no longer downloads because of a conflict

I don’t have PGA Tour 2k13 but apparently it conflicts (ps5)

anyway to access the game or is it a licence issue
