Code 23 error

I can no longer play this game because of a code 23 error. How can I fix it?

I'm on PC. Today, the game crashed three times, and I have decided to stop playing it. I don't know what has happened. It ran perfectly until about three weeks ago.

Hey @prattlers

When you have a moment, can we try the following steps and check if the error or crash continue?

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Close other running applications on your device

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

@EA_Illium I am having the same issue. My career progress is gone and I can not start another career with my player because it gives me the error 23 message. Can I please get some help. I have followed every step listed above and nothings changed.
