  • I have completed a season of the PGA Tour and Fedex Cup. Can I start from scratch and revisit The Amateur, Korn Ferry events? The game just defaults to week 1 of the PGA Tour and nothing else.

  • Basically to win the green jacket, the season slam and fed ex it's basically a grind.  I played with quick play on but that's dangerous because the game fills in the other holes(lots of imaginary bogies on your card), however, you can get there quickly.  Leave default difficulty at 50 because if you reduce it, quick play fill in hole scores will go down for you too and make it impossible to win the tournament.  You have to birdie most holes and build a lead in the first 2 rounds.   Here's the key and why this is a grind:  you can quit a hole before you finish it and come back in(Use the save option).  When you come back in the tourney you start back at the tee and can redo the hole, so par 3s allows you to dial in the distance, hit one in the water you just quit the hole, etc.  I only played the tournaments with the Spec rewards(legendary specs).  This allows you to build enough of a lead in the fed ex cup and qualify for the majors w/o having to grind every tourney.  Skip the tourneys that don't have legendary spec pts.  And that's basically it.   You will win the season slam, the green jacket and the fed ex.  Just be prepared to spend a lot of time redoing holes to ensure you win.
