I have an Xbox X and the Tour Deluxe. Here is the clip. All the following selections for that box show the subject of each one but they all have the buffering running over top of the pictures and also none of them are able to utilize the X select button.

There are no other problems playing the game except for the odd locked screen which I clear by first shutting the Xbox off and unplugging it for about 5 minutes. After a restart it begins again with the Tour intro and the lock has disappeared.

Hi @LemonDropKid Can we try the following and check if this improves at all?

• Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open you're Xbox NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

@EA_IlliumI have got this for the last week or so as well on PC. I've tried all guides and changing my DNS but that doesn't seem to help. I've also ensured all parts of the game and the EA app have access through my router. Speed can't be the problem as I have Gig internet. I run it through steam, but it does load the EA prior to playing. There are places where the game is pushing out things we see. Like new tournament and awarded winnings. We don't see leaderboard when we log in or on exit of these tournaments(for me on PC anyway but I've heard others on consoles say the same thing). I watch streamers who are on both Playstation & Xbox and they see that spinning circle as well and I see it before they go from the main menu to play, so it's happening on every platform.I think, if parts of the game are pushed via different methods than the rest(like the spinning circles and empty leaderboards), it be great if the devs could see how they are pushing that information. It was fine before the last patch, so perhaps something in the last patch changed something unintentionally and most or all of us aren't getting these things on our end.
