This has been fixed in the latest update..
I would like to address this directly to EA and it's team conducting what they describe as "support"for this game. You have our money so it doesn't seem to bother you that we are having these issues described here. I get it. You really don't have a dog in the hunt as you work for the developer, but you have a literal TON of complaints that do not seem to quantify your time or effort to address in a timely fashion. Your lack of interest in formulating a valid plan to address these issues is a micorcosm of what most companies do today and the lack of concern for other people's hard earned money. We want to enjoy the game. It definitely has some of the best graphics I have ever seen in a golf game, but come on guys, these should be easy fixes. Those of us that lack the 9 under achievement on the tournaments requiring that score have played through the first season and would like to earn the achievement we were unable to earn the first go around due to another bug in the game. Now we have another massive bug that no one has taken the time to at least tell us you see the issue and are working on it for the next patch. Please, at minimum, let us know you read these bug reports and complaints.

Has not been fixed for me. Seems like it happens every other tournament or so, so far, but some play fine. Can tell it is happening when it starts me on the second or third round instead of first...
