Losing money on purchases due to lost connections

Can I get tickets and coins reimbursed due to constant “lost connection “? I have purchased points to buy tickets to play weekly and seasonal tournaments. It’s quite costly when you purchase tickets with actual money and it goes down the drain losing connection in middle of the event. Also coins earned are lost while playing daily tournaments.
