Here's a little tip for Arcade players like myself...
I played one quick round game at Augusta National with my created player after booting the game, and completely sucked......I think I finished the round 21 over par. I did however during that round, earn 10 coins that could be spent on upgrading my player, and used all 10 coins to max out the 'Control' on Approach shots, which allows you to maximise your spin control. This has meant that I can belt it down the fairway off the tee, use the power boost to get it as far down the fairway as possible, and then on the Approach shot, use the hell out of spin control to get the ball as close to the tee as possible. Now two holes in on the next round, I have made 1 birdie, and 1 par. Much more fun now, and a lot closer to how I used to play the older games straight out of the box!
