I found the game play mechanics settings for NHL and there are 3 of them which are listed below.
1) Skill Stick which is mechanics introduced in PS4/XBox 1.
2) Hybrid is the mechanics introduced in PS2/Xbox
3) 1994 Controls Mechanics.
All 3 options are available to choose for the NHL series. I normally pick Hybrid since I have played that style for a long time.
If PGA Tour had that mechanics option, I would absolutely choose Tiger Woods PGA Tour mechanics. Rory PGA Tour will be second place. Even if rain and snow are added, the gameplay would still be fun using the Tiger Woord or Rory mechanics since these options are RNG free. That would be interesting to play in the snow seen at Buffalo Bills home games.
