Patch 6.0 Discussion

I would so love to to see EA's numbers on the supposedly most requested features. 

Come on EA, show us the numbers, and tell us where you harvested them from, and prove that season pass play was a major request that should be prioritised over adding the online content that people want, instead of the limited bit you gave them today... 

Show us the screaming hoards that you needed to appease, to quieten their demands that you prioritise season passes over the fixes to the many issues that people talk about on these very forums. 

Tell us how season passes are the best thing ever, come on... 

You are trying to sell the game over and over again, but you don't seem to want to prioritise completing the game and fixing the bugs. You are expecting people to pay repeatedly, for what is in some ways little better than an extended open play test such as would be expected toward the end of beta. 

actually, stuff is worse in 6.0, i aim a shot short to compensate the wind and it comes up WAAAAAAYYYY short -or- goes WAAAAAAYYYY long, get the wind right, its way wrong, even worse that it has been.

and this is just "ONE" ⚽ thing that ive found that i care to share here.... so far.......

I haven't experienced that yet but I'm sure I will. I still can't believe that with another patch update, and months and months of pleading with EA about the things the players want and have been asking for, they STILL haven't addressed anything. They haven't even fixed the basic things that should have been in the game from the beginning. To many to number but one of them is Replays.

Still haven't fixed anything?....Have you read the extensive patch notes?...turn order in the game now, along with matchplay. That is a significant upgrade, and video that is out there with the lead EA designer said ryder cup format coming next month.

Agree.  They are working on the game.  Not every requested item can get done at once.  I also doubt they will address every single item someone deems important.  I could care less about replays; for example, as they don't significantly add or subtract to gameplay.  I kinda hope that's NOT a priority item...

I've played 72 holes since the patch dropped and haven't seen a single instance either....
