Are there any updates for when this bug may be fixed? My career mastery isn't updating and my quests aren't being completed. Haven't been awarded for being number 1 in the WGR or FedEx Cup, etc.
Hi EA_lllium, I hope you can help. I have about 40 emails back and forth from EA help and my cases are still pending with no help. I love The road to the Master’s and have over 300 hours in the game. The FedEx Cup Challenge isn’t working. There are 11 challenges with 11 money rewards throughout the career mode. Get to top 200, top 100 ext all the way to be number 1 in FedEx Cup and then win the cup. I completed all of them, sent screenshots over and over. The emails I keep getting back over 3 weeks now, “can’t verify rewards” don’t know why, it’s verified but we can grant you tournament tickets instead. I said okay but still no tickets and I keep getting form emails saying the same thing over and over. PSN Tribes77715 Ingame name Robin Sage. Would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
