Private Match Game Invitres/Entire In-Game Overlay

After the most recent update on one of my and my friend's favorite games, in just stopped giving us the ability to play together easily in private matches. It just says invite sent and neither of us receives anything from one another. It's just so frustrating i cant invite him through Steam or anytthing else. We have tried everything, even completely reinstalling our EA App and EA Sports PGA Tour. I guess we just can't play it anymore.

    Me and my friends are experiencing the same issue, we can even receive the invite through the EA App allowing us to accept and launch but it just launches and brings us to the main menu and doesn’t bring us into the actual lobby

    Same experience here - invites worked fine on Tuesday Sept. 8th but don't work now ... 

    Noticed EA installed an update when starting the game Sept. 12th - since then it is BROKEN.

    I can't understand how an update can be released without thorough testing ........
