Ranks erased

Hi team

My account has been faulty for a couple months. My name is showing up blank on all rankings including tournament. I would still get my rewards but it has bothered me I cannot see my online ranking.

Couple days ago, it got worse. I completed a sim tournament and finished -9. After going out the match, no stats were logged. It is in pending as if I started the match and left immediately. I have photo evidence of everything. 

I'm a reasonably good player that was just shy of top 100 when all my stats got magically erased. Please help me with at least an answer to this.
