Saitek GamePad Controller does not seem to be recognized in the game EA Sports PGA Tour 2023, even though Windows Control Panel shows it as fully operational for my PC.Is there an in-game setting where I can get the game to recognize this Game Pad?? or is there something else I am supposed to do to get game pad 'activated'??

I wanted to check if anyone is still seeing issues with connecting a GamePad/ Controller to PGA Tour on PC?

If they fix the brutally bad keyboard mouse implementation and recognize my controller I would give it another chance but its the worst game launch controller issues I have ever seen.

Do your controllers have any drivers we can check for updates on?

@Icarus64 Can you try connecting after the game launches to check if its input is picked up?

I did that. Nothing. It is fine and working in Windows as well as the Logitech software.

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions............I am operating game thru steam client. Do not know how to check/update driver for my Saitek/Cyborg GamePad (I think it was originally intended for PS 1 or 2 .......but was supposed to also work with PC's.
Steam seems to have 'injected itself' into my issue and is (somehow) recognizing my gamepad!! and I can use it while playing EA Sports PGA Tour 2023!

I use an Xbox controller on PC and even though it detects the input, the keyboard/mouse input is also detected simultaneously. This causes weird interactions within the menu/in game. Usually when a PC game detects controller input, it will 'hide' the mouse cursor preventing it from interacting with anything on the screen.
