Hi Everyone,
I get the subjected error when I launch the game. When I click retry or continue it pops up again continuously. The game is unplayable.
I have tried:
- Repairing the game from EA app.
- Repairing Microsoft Visual C++
- Rebooting
- Running the EA Sports PGA Tour game as administrator
- Running the EA app as administrator
- Allowing both PGA Tour & EA apps from by antivirus
- Disabling the antivirus altogether
None of these work. Has anyone else come across this & perhaps knows the fix?

HI @jmealiff92 Can you try to put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game and check if the same error occurs?
Hi EA Illium... I have this same Error Code 23... I have tried the Clean Boot suggestion you gave, but that didn't fix it. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried turning off Cloud-Sync and trying to delete the PGA Tour Game data (another suggestion from a diff post)... none of these have fixed the problem.
Please advise... I purchased the game on Sat night... had issues all day yesterday and today - I'd really like to get this fixed asap. Thanks - Hud
Can you give me an explanation on why this problem still isnt fixed. Do you guys not understand how unbelievable it is that I've spent 100$ AUD on this * game just to play it for a couple hours and then not be able to play it at all? Seems like this problem has been happening to people for months. Absolutely *.
Have you found anything that fixes this probelm? Unplayable / Error Code 23 keeps popping up.
I got this game yesterday played for a little that night and come back to continue my career mode and receive this error code 23 and I searched to try and fix it but it seems that there is no solution so this some bs
Started getting this error today as well. Just bought the game a couple days ago and its essentially unplayable now. Pretty ridiculous there hasn't been a fix yet.

I'm encountering the specified TeraBox MOD error upon initiating the game, and upon selecting retry or continue, it consistently reappears, rendering the game unplayable.
I've attempted the following troubleshooting steps:
- Repaired the game through the EA app.
- Repaired Microsoft Visual C++.
- Rebooted the system.
- Launched the EA Sports PGA Tour game and the EA app as an administrator.
- Allowed both PGA Tour and EA apps through my antivirus.
- Disabled the antivirus entirely.
Unfortunately, none of these measures, including addressing the "Terabox Mod" issue, have resolved the error. Has anyone else faced a similar situation and discovered a solution?
