'We couldn't launch your game' PGA Tour trial on EA app.

Tried all of these suggestions and I am still unable to launch the 10 hour trial. 

same with FIFA23 trail 💔😢

Can we please get some sort of acknowledgement that this is on the radar and being looked into?  2 pages of people having the same issue. 

Sadly have the same issue, tried launching from Gamepass and EA app, no joy.

Just adding that I have the same problem.  I own this on Xbox already and thought I'd play a few rounds on the PC to advance my golfer and see if it was worth grabbing there as well.  Bummer.

They fixed the issue! 😃 , i don't know what happen but the game start with no issue, i tried to take screenshot of (We couldn't launch your game) to post it here and when i click play the game run with no issue, 

can someone check if the game fixed or is it just me?
