1.9 billion coins ripped off by an update

Well ,, it would appear as though I broke 

pvz2s coin counter .. I had accumulated 

over 1.9 billion over 10 plus years but after

a July 18th forced game update my 

count count went from a positive 

1.912,737,988  coins to - ( negstivr ) 1,912737988

then even to play and use power ups the

game would flash a pop up asking me to

Buy more coins .. 

got with customer service and they basically 

Say they can’t fix the problem  . Offered

me 5 gems for my inconvenience. :-(
