As per EA, this is known issue and they are working on it. Kinda boring playing this battleZ without goal (winning streak, higher prizes)

I see that your battle progress got reset to level 0. I realize its indeed disappointing. I'll certainly help you with the best possible information.
I would like to inform you that this is a known issue and we have been receiving similar kind of contacts from other players as well. We're investigating the issue for the time being and appreciate the reports. In the meantime to please refrain from playing Battlez or making Seasons progress across multiple devices to prevent subsequent issues happened and risking data being overwritten or lost. Once it will fixed you will be able to claim the rewards without any difficulty.
This is to summarize the contact, we've informed you about the known issue related to battle progress reset issue.

Unfortunately, this hasnt been fixed yet.. this is annoying and i guess there is no point of wasting gauntlet for 7 looping streak. This game is starting to get boring... u lost all the time and efforts spent because of this crappy upgrade.
