All data lost in PvZ 2
I have been playing PvZ 2 for over five years. I just opened the app and lost everything. I tried logging in with my email but it is as if I had never played before. The only login available was User Dave

Let's not panic just yet.
Assuming you have registered your email with EA (to get 100 free gems) before then the obvious and easy way to check your game save progress is still tied to the email. There are various way to check this.
Note: If you have not registered you email with EA with your old account before, please skip 1 and 2 and go direct to 3.
1. If you have access to another gaming device (phone or note pads) you can try install the game onto the new device and register again with the same email address and see if it offer an option to reload your old account. If that works, you can then go back to your old device, delete and re-install the game and perform the same email register process to restore your old account.
2. If you do not have access to another device, then please note down your player ID before yo do the following. (it will be best if you know your original player ID as it will provide a better chance to have your account recovered should you need to get further assistance from the Help Center) Delete the game with only a new User Dave profile and then re-install. Do a email register and see if you are offer an option to reload your old account.
3. If 1 and 2 are failed, you last option is to contact EA Help Center by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. You will need to open a 'Missing Content' case and provide your player ID and normally there might be a day or two delay before you get a reply so please be patient and p resistant.
