Arena grand prize bug

Sorry to give you the bad news, the 'unlock' sign is an error.  

The grand prize is correct at 100 seeds rewards which is intended not to allow players without prior seeds to unlock the plant, actually, there is a small chance that you might not be able to unlock the plant even if you have completed the 1000 crowns with the final rewards!

I think players are expected to earn more seeds from other quests and topped it up with gem purchases when it is available from the shop.  ☹️

If you look closely at the rewards you will notice there are dartichoke, shine vine and puffball seeds as well as stickybomb rice seeds, which is unusual.

Thank you. It's a bit of a labyrinth to solve to actually contact EA. Thanks for the help with that. Once contacted, EA were quick to reply, very friendly in their response, admitted the error and unlocked the plant on my account.

Hi @quanghist68 , I had the same issue and followed the great advice on this thread:

take a screen shot on your device showing that the plant is unlocked on the tournament

take a screenshot on your plant inventory showing that it is not unlocked here

Take a screenshot of your player number (click on the settings icon, click on build version, and screenshot your player ID number)

click on the help centre option at the very bottom of this screen, and in the option menu, select ‘missing content’ it will take you through a few other little scroll down menus and ask you to fill in your details before presenting you with a text box to write your comments in. Attach the above screenshots (note, in the Player I’d box it asks you to fill in, I just typed in ‘provided as screenshot’ as the number is really long, I only had one device and it was a pain to flick between screens to type in the numbers, and I had no pen/paper to hand to jot it down. The folk at EA were fine with that)
