Arena Rewards in PVZ 2 is being put into half of the redeemable rewards!

Can EA help me, why my account only does receive half of the rewards in the arena? I spent and used 144 gaundlets. Why is that? I need urgent help here. [ Spoiler ] I am on Jade League.

Nope. Still the same halving rewards.

Rewards are still being halved. Win Streak says 6 mints, I only received 3. Same with piñatas and gauntlets.
