@Saeed_blover What you have to do is tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report.
You will need to give them your player i.d. number and any helpful screenshots you took at the time.
They don't read these posts so you need to complain to them directly.
You will find your player identification number in the game settings/ build version.

@Saeed_blover If they need to know anything else they will contact you directly, by the way it is 150 seeds you are missing, not bunches of seeds.
You will have to do a search using the search engine box to find the correct game as it's not in their picture list and make sure it is filed as a missing content complaint.

@Saeed_blover they try to give you some sort of response within 48 hours, you can check on the progress of your case by tapping on HELP and then manage your account/ my cases.
I don't know what you mean by restore your progress, as far as i know this is a missing content report for 150 blooming heart seeds.

Have you lost your old account with it's progress?
If you have done so then contact EA HELP again and give them your ORIGINAL player id number that you should have saved and ask them to restore your profile.
They have backups on their servers but they need the correct player id number to download the right gamedata to your device.

@Saeed_blover Your EA account for pvz2 has all your progress, plants and their levels, resources, purchases and gamedata. Some players have spent years building up and collecting plants (i have over 140) and have spent a lot of money on pvz2 and if it all disappears because of a bug, need to recover that account rather than start from the beginning with the 4 basic plants.

@Saeed_blover All these exploding plants such as bombegranate or grapeshot are basically tarted up cherry bombs.
Their extra bomblets or rubber balls are pretty useless in arena.

@Saeed_blover I told you in post #10 where to find it and to keep it safe.
You will have used it to create a missing content case for your missing 150 blooming heart seeds but if you haven't kept it safe then if the worst possible thing happens and your account is accidentally deleted on your device, then EA HELP cannot restore your old account from their backups because to them you are not Saeed but a random collection of numbers and they need to know that particular number to help you.
