The same issue for me! The bot's name initially it had the impossible score of 780,000,000 (!!) - on July 10 and 11, when the game developers updated the game - and today it has a fix score of 18,000,000, still impossible to beat for honest players like us! I tried to report using EA Help, but that awful "Email us" doesn't work! The chat box also doesn't work! What can we do?!
It was impossible until two days ago to have the same opponent, every time, in Arena! I've lost gauntlets, I've lost money. I don't want to pay anything else from now, until the game developers won't solve the problem...!
