Bug wild west 25 diamonds

Hi, will the team EVER look into this bug!?!?!? It's been unresolved for YEARS...

Hi. This is still an issue now, if you finish the first level and then go back in to play the next it does not register it. Has been going on a long time now, as other users have stated it happens every time this "play extra hard Wild West levels" challenge is released and it's the exact same first level each time. Can this be fixed? Or this level be dropped/chanted for future releases?

Every time the Extra Hard Wild West challenge comes up, I cannot play it (like, for months and months). I click to play the first round and I’m sent back to the main game screen. The other challenges work fine - it’s just Wild West that never seems to work. Can’t figure out how to submit a bug report. Frustrating.

It’s doing this again.  When I try to play the “Extra hard Wild West” EVENT currently being offered (with a 25 diamond reward), absolutely nothing happens — the screen just goes to the main Home Screen.  This only happens with that particular event.  Happened las time it was offered as well…

I am having the same problem! This bug has actually happened multiple times to me but I’ve never sought answers/ a solution until now. 

I am experiencing this bug as well. I updated the game client and restarted my tablet and the bug persists. I successfully completed all levels of the Wild West weekly but when I attempt to play the final level to earn the 25 gem award the game closes. 

I have the same problem. I can play all levels except the last one. When trying to play the last level the game closes.
