The game frequently crashes and exits when opening the piñata, there are bugs that prevent me from receiving quest rewards, and sometimes the sun is hidden and not visible. I play on an iPad. I hope EA will address these issues soon.
Thanks for starting this thread. This is the worst issue by far and I have been playing for a loooooong time. Reporting that nothing has changed for me —iOS iPad 9 gen with recent iOS update. Bday celebration seems to work the best after PP and arena being the worst with crashing.
Now the stupid AI chatbot says that all iOS & android PVZ2 games are no longer supported. This is crazy.

I hope so. I have lost so many diamonds and progress. I feel for the players who are just starting and spending diamonds to play Arena only for it crash.
@EA just tell us that we cannot play on iPad anymore if that is the case! No fixes or responses to this long held issue. We are loyal fans taking time to login and complain.

Lost all account data after last update. I am so pissed. I had all the plants unlocked except for 2. I don't understand how a game this popular does not have any support except for a stupid chat bot.
