Error: User Not Authorized

You are not authorized to purchase on this device.

I have attempted to clear cache and restart my phone but still have this error when trying to make purchases. I have not seen a solution for this problem on the forum. 

I live in the united states and I dont think its a regional problem. I have no vpn activated yet its still giving me this error. Cant see the prices for the game either.

    Hi @Legolasisdeath , have you checked your Settings > General > Restrictions > In-app purchases are "on" instead of "off" ?
  • I have attempted that but I could not see restriction in my Google play store. When I click into settings under my profile in Google play and subsequently general I do not see a tab for restrictions or for insane purchases. I have checked off biometric purchases.

    I believe I have found the solution (it worked for me). You need to change the device language to "English (United States)" from the settings menu on your phone (if yours is already set to United States, you can try choosing a different country). After changing the language, when you enter the game, the prices will appear and you will be able to make purchases (if it doesn’t work, you can try restarting your device).


    I suspect this issue is due to restrictions between countries, which is why purchases fail in certain regions.

    I changed device langauge to "English (United States)" from setting on my phone, and entered the game.. but it didn't worked.. what should I do?
